We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. Shipping is free on all UK orders. Orders are dispatched and delivered within 5–7 working days. All prices are shown in GBP (£). You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Returns & Refunds
You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Returns are free of charge. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
How to return an item
- Email contact@gardenster.store with your order number and the reason for your return.
- We will reply with a prepaid returns label and full instructions, including the returns address.
- Pack the item securely and send it back within 30 days of delivery.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the original payment method within 5–7 working days. If an item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us and we will replace it or refund you in full.
