What we collect
When you place an order or contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery and billing address, and order details. We also collect basic technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) through cookies and our web server. If you subscribe to our newsletter we collect your email address, and if you use our contact form we collect the details you enter.
How we use it
We use your data to process and deliver orders, handle returns and refunds, respond to enquiries, prevent fraud and meet our legal obligations. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we use your email address to send you news and offers, only with your consent, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email. We do not sell your personal data.
Who we share it with
We share data only as needed to run the shop: delivery carriers, payment processors, our website hosting provider (Hostinger), and our email marketing provider (Mailchimp) if you subscribe to our newsletter. Some of these providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards. We do not currently use analytics or advertising services.
